💾 What format does the binder come in?
You’ll receive the binder as a digital download in PDF format.
🖨 Do I have to print the whole binder?
No. The binder is fully customizable. You only print the sections that apply to your household. For example, if you have three children, you’d print three copies of medical forms pages—but skip anything that doesn’t apply (like pet forms, if you don’t have pets).
👪 Is this binder just for small families?

🧾 Do I need any special supplies to use the binder?
To assemble the binder as recommended, you’ll need:
- A 2"-3" three ring binder
- At least 100 sheet protectors
- 24+ tabbed dividers (for sections)
- A printer (or access to one)
🧠 How often should I update the binder?
We recommend reviewing and updating your binder:
- Every 6 to 12 months
- After major life changes (marriage, new child, job change, etc.)
- Before and after seasonal disaster risks spac (e.g., wildfire or hurricane seasons)
🔄 Can I share the binder with friends or family?
Each purchase is for personal household use only. However, you may recommend or gift a copy by purchasing another license. If you’re an organization or preparedness group and want bulk use, please contact us for a group license.
🆘 What if I lose the digital files?
No problem. If you’ve purchased a copy, you can email us with your purchase email and we’ll re-send your download link.
